Sports Day 2020

2020 Sports Day

Our School Sports Day will be held on Friday 27th March.

Our Sports Day will begin at 9:15 am, when students will make their way to the oval, to start with a whole school Health Hustle. Students are asked to come to school at the regular time and start the day in their classrooms.

As we are anticipating a 2:30pm finish on the day,  students may go home if their parents are in attendance. If this is the case please ensure you sign them out at the Front Office.  Otherwise, they will return to their classrooms for a 3:10pm dismissal.

Further details and the Sports Day Program will be release in the near future.

Fundraising Committee: Sports Day

Volunteers Wanted – Bake Sale and BBQ @ Sports Day

The Governing Council and Fundraising Committee are seeking your help on Sports Day! The Bake Sale Stand and BBQ are looking for volunteers to help meet demand and sell our delicious treats to the athletes of tomorrow and their adoring fans (families). We hope you can spare half an hour to help serve! There will be a roster with times available from 9.00 am – 2.00 pm. If you are keen to spare some time, have some fun and a few laughs along the way please email vanessa.rushe993@schools.sa.edu.au

All goods need to be labelled with their ingredients and delivered on the day (Friday 27th March 2020) to the Library.

  • Hamburger: $2.50

  • Sweet Treats and Baked Goods from $1.00

Sports Day Parking

On Sports Day we have requested for the West Torrens Council to relax normal parking restrictions. However they will continue to police the area and will expiate for:

  • Parking across driveways;
  • Parking too close to intersections;
  • Parking in no standing zones, some     of which are for certain hours of the day only
  • Any other offence apart from exceeding  a time limit.

We encourage families that live in the local area to walk to school due to the limited parking around the school.
