Congratulations on an amazing term

Wow what a year we have had! Throughout all of the topsy-turvy times we have endured, the students have continued to amaze us with their responsibility, resilience, respect, and work ethic. They have worked hard to continue to grow both socially and academically, and continued with their growth mindset. We welcomed new students to our school, reconnected with our friends and enjoyed being back in our classrooms.

 

Our students have completed some amazing work recently including projects and presentations. They particularly enjoyed preparing and recording an advertisement for a fruit or vegetable. We can see some future  TV stars!

Another highlight recently was our Leisure Land Maths project. This activity required the students to choose their food and drink purchases, rides, activities and other purchases. They learnt how to construct timetables and create budgets. 

TRANSITION INTO OUR 2022 CLASSES

It was fantastic to meet and work with our new classes for 2022. The students completed some 'getting to know you' activities, and had discussions about what to expect in 2022. We are looking forward to a fabulous year next year.

SCIENCE FUN

Our students were very lucky to be offered a Science show run by Simon (Amy's dad). He presented a range of experiments using liquid nitrogen. Thanks so much Simon for putting on such such a great show that maintained the interest of the students. Here are some photos of the various experiments and demonstrations.

We would like to thank our amazing parents and carers for your support throughout the year. We have really appreciated all of your kind words, assistance and juggling of commitments to ensure your child/children were able to make the most out of a challenging year. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and holiday break. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year!
