Term 4 = Hats

In Term 4, the sun is out and the days are longer which is great but this also means an increase in Ultraviolet (UV) radiation which is the main cause of skin cancer. Too much UV can cause skin and eye damage, sunburn and premature ageing.

Students will need to wear a broad brim hat at recess and lunchtime and during PE lessons when outside, to help limit their exposure to UV.

Peaked caps or baseball caps are not part of school uniform as they offer no protection to the ears and back of the neck.

Please make sure to come back ready with your school hat.
