Grade 6 Graduation

Tuesday 17th December, Teesdale Hall

Year 6 Graduation is fast approaching. Thank you to those that have begun to make payments for this. Notes were sent home 2 weeks ago about the cost of Graduation. A copy is attached below.  This note shared that Graduates are allowed to invite 4 people, rather than just the 2 that it has been in previous years. By doing so both parents and other family members can attend, such as grandparents.

Last week a note was sent home about catering. This needs to be returned ASAP please, as Kate will be working with Fed By Jed to ensure there is plenty of food for all the guests and that dietary needs are catered for. Payment for graduates and up to 4 guests is due by the end of next week, Friday December 6. Please ensure all guests are recorded on this, so we can pass on accurate numbers to the catering company.

If you have any queries about graduation, please contact Sam or Kate.

Grade 3 and 4 Learning

3/4’s have been working on Information Reports the past few weeks. They are been researching about Africa and South America as it links to our Inquiry topic of looking at the environment and tribes. Students have now chosen their own topic of research which they wanted to learn more about. They have been rehearsing their speeches so they can present to the class and teach other students about their topic.
