Class/PCG and Individual Photos

Individual and Class/PCG photos will be taken next week in Gibney Hall, on Monday 31 July (Junior School, and Senior School) and Tuesday 1 August (Middle School). Please note some important information regarding the photo days:

• Students are required to be neatly presented wearing full Winter uniform (no jumpers).
• Students were provided with personalised photo envelopes last week. They will need to present their envelope to the photographers on photo day, containing their payment. All information relating to pricing, payment and printing is in the envelope for  consideration.
• If a student has lost their envelope and requires a replacement, please direct them to Miss Creighton or Miss Kelly in Student Services for a new envelope.
• New students to the school this Term will be given an envelope and further instructions by the photographers on-the-day when they attend with their Class/PCG.

Sibling photos

Students can take sibling pictures before school, during recess, or during lunch on both photo days – the photographers will provide them with a family/sibling envelope and further instructions when they present for their photo. 

Due to the Junior School having different break times to the Secondary School (and photo the schedules being aligned to the latter), we have noted below the best opportunities for students to have sibling photos taken.

• 8.00am - 8.30am (both days) - best photo opportunity for siblings across both Junior and Secondary school
• Recess (both days) - best opportunity for Junior School (only) sibling photos 
• Lunch (both days) - best opportunity for Secondary School (only) sibling photos

The photo schedules were emailed directly to all families this week.
