GWPS 2023 Production
'Character Strengths'
This term, the whole school will be involved in performing our production, ‘Enter the Multiverse’. It will be a celebration of song and dance that will reflect the values of our school. Prior to the performance, students will focus on building their confidence and developing strategies that will support them in performing. They will build an understanding of how perseverance is required to practise their actions which will ensure they remember their routine on the night.
Each class has been allocated a costume and information regarding this can be found in the Compass note sent earlier in the term. All routines are also accessible on YouTube via a link through Seesaw and the previous mentioned Compass post. Please speak to your classroom teacher if you have difficulty sourcing the costume for your child.

How to assist your child with this learning:
- Provide time for your child to rehearse and practise their dance at home.
- Provide opportunities for your child to perform their dance in front of members of family to get used to performing in front of others.
- Use praise to build their confidence when rehearsing at home.
