On a scale of 1-10, how has our school been learning this week?
Prep - 10 we are learning really well but sometimes we can be silly
1/2MB- 9 we are all listening and finishing our work
1/2RT- 7 some people still need to focus on their learning
1/2 UR- 8 most people are listening and helps us learn - we are friendly to our new teacher Ms Annie
3/4MG - 10 Everyone is being listening , being focused & on task, helping each- other for Art Show piece
3/4TR 9 we need to stay on task and not distract others in class
5/6FA - 9/10-done well in math and we progress a lot in ess assessment
5/6BOC 8 contributing well but sometimes we are not listening to each other
On a scale of 1-10, how has our school been working together this week?
Prep - 7 we need to pack up and talk less
1/2MB- 8 lots of people are cooperating and sharing their ideas- Art project
1/2RT- 8 we need to help each other to finish our work in class
1/2 UR- 10 in reading we are listening and sharing our ideas
3/4MG - 8 we value the opinions of others
3/4TR - 8 not sit next to our friends and chat in class
5/6FA - 8 “speak with power” speeches went well
5/6BOC - 8 target groups going well
Learning and events in our school this week:
In Prep - drawing and lego, using our ipads for learning- maths and sounds
In Year 1/2 - we are learning about light sources, writing information reports and reading groups
In Year 3/4- fractions and decimals, Morris Glietzman author study
In Year 5/6 - Virtual incursion, the huddle and art show Van Gogh drawings

SRC Representative ACTIONS for this week
School Leaders and SRC will be looking out for students ‘Caught Being Good’.
They will be nominating students who are responsible, respectful and ready to learn.
Discuss what these qualities look like.
Respectful - listening, waiting turn, walking through corridor quietly, greeting/speaking to people politely
Responsible - throwing rubbish in the bin, picking up rubbish, returning sports equipment, helping others, kindness
Ready to Learn - listening to the speaker, having materials ready for learning, being on time in class or at school.
