VCE ACADEME TEACHER/STUDENT GUIDELINES - SEMESTER 1 2022

WHAT IS ACADEME?

  • Academe is from a Latin word meaning: the academic environment
  • any place of instruction; school
  • a scholar or pedant

All Academe lessons are supervised and supported by a classroom teacher.

Academe teacher supervision enables more effective delivery of feedback to students. Frequent interaction with students allows opportunities to build positive student teacher relationships, encouraging feedback for appropriate study habits. Academe teachers are available for student academic assistance during the entire allocated time.
