Independence Centre in

Term 1

Written by Holly

The 3/4 students have engaged in a range of different activities throughout the Term. Students got the opportunity to learn more about shapes and use their new knowledge to create an Easter Hat for the upcoming Easter Hat Parade.

They also had a lot of fun participating in Minecraft Education. What a great opportunity it is for the 3/4's to play their favourite game in a very safe and fun way. Coding is so exciting to a lot of 3/4's, they love to design games for other people and play Hopscotch. Next time you see a 3/4 maybe you could ask to play the game they have designed!

Finally, students in 3/4 have enjoyed learning about punctuation and highlighting their work to edit and up-level their work. Overall, Term One was a wonderful and an amazing time for students in the Independence Centre.
