P&F News
We are pleased to announce that following a two-year hiatus, the P & F has officially been reinstated. Thank you to all those who attended our AGM on Wednesday evening. It was wonderful to see some new faces and the level of enthusiasm to hit the ground running was amazing. There were some great conversations had around planning some exciting events for the year ahead along with some very informative updates from our principal.
The P & F is the representative body for parents and carers of St Joseph’s students and is a valuable tool in bringing our community together through events and activities and fundraise to provide opportunities and resources for our students. For the first time in many years, we have been fortunate enough to fill all our executive positions at our AGM. We are pleased to announce the 2022 executive team:

Whilst we have been extremely fortunate to complete our executive team, there are still plenty of roles available. We are currently on the hunt for volunteers for:
-LUNCH SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
- DISCO CO-ORDINATOR
If you think that you may have what it takes be deliver some disco fever for our little movers and groovers or have some time to ensure we can continue to provide an extra treat for our students, please get in touch with us. Please remember, there is no such thing as too little with every little bit helping.
The P&F is an entirely voluntary organisation and exists solely for the benefit of all school students and their families. This year, the P & F will only be holding meetings once per term and will move towards forming adhoc committees to co-ordinate various events and activities. Our primary focus this year is on FUNraising and rebuilding our social connections following on from the past two years of cancelled events and lockdowns. We plan to provide regular updates on P & F happenings throughout the year and will be calling for volunteers for these individual sub committees in the coming weeks.
These updates will be provided through Compass and the School Facebook page, so we encourage all families to be regularly checking these communication channels. We understand that your time is valuable, and we are all busy, however it would be great for everyone to find just one thing you can do to help your P & F.
