2020 SWIMMING CARNIVAL
We have a new date for our 2020 School Swimming Carnival ....
Monday, 10th February 2020.
The Diocesan Carnival will be held shortly afterwards on the 28th February 2020.
DIOCESAN SUMMER TRIALS
The Diocesan Summer Trials are in Gunnedah tomorrow Friday 29th November. Good luck to Darcy Newsome, Logan Fuller, Archie Taylor, Fletcher Panton and Toby Robinson who are trying out for cricket, Erica Holzigal, Sophie McMullen, Fred Eather and Thomas Mahony who are trying out for basketball and Duncan Krogh, William Penberthy, Edward Bennett and Xavier Power who are trying out for tennis.
SUMMER CRICKET CLINIC
The Country NSW Cricket Camps offer high quality 2 day cricket camps all across regional NSW. Complete with Ex Australian Test Cricketers at each clinic, these clinics will cover all aspects of the game. The clinic will be held in Tamworth on 14th - 15th January. Results to date: Congratulations to the St Nichs Bluebirds (Yr 3/4 girls), St Nichs Wipeouts (Yr 5/6 girls) and St Nichs Vipers (Yr 3/4 boys) who are through to the next elimination final next week.
Commiserations to St Nichs Taipans (Yr 3/4 boys) and St Nichs Bullets (Yr 5/6 boys) on a great season of hard fought games. Thankyou to all the supporters of these teams for your encouragement and commitment each Monday.

OZTAG
OzTag for Years 1 to 6 continues in Term 4 with Round 7 games on Wednesday 16th October. Please check the Tamworth Junior OzTag website for the draw and game times each week.

If any Kindergarten children are interested in playing in MiniTag in Term 4 please email Mrs Doyle adoyle@arm.catholic.edu.au by Friday 27th September, for further information and a permission note.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Those parents who have very kindly volunteered to coach a team are to be listened to and all instructions to be followed by players both at training and when competing. Should you have an issue with your child's coach please speak to them privately without your children being present. Show respect for your coaches and their decisions.
Parents should not interfere or enter the playing field during a game as the on field officials should be left to adjudicate. If parents have concerns they should approach the coach at a break and not the children.
Should a player, coach or parent not respect this code of conduct while representing St Nicholas it may prevent their inclusion in teams in the future as this is not the image that we wish to portray in the wider community.
