Holy Saviour Mini- fest & Twilight Cinema
The school is abuzz with excitement as we gear up for the Holy Saviour Mini-Fest and Twilight Cinema TOMORROW! As always it will be a celebration of our community coming together filled with fun stalls and activities for all. This year's celebration will look a little different to other Holy Saviour festivals but no doubt will be an amazing community event and a nice warm up for our grand 50th year anniversary in 2024. As always, your support is key to a successful fun filled event.
Mini-Fest Wristband & Twilight Cinema Tickets
Thank you to families who jumped onto Trybooking and pre-purchased Mini-Fest Wristbands and Twilight Cinema tickets. These have been handed out to children this afternoon. Alternatively they can be collected from the ticket booth on the day of the festival. Wristbands and Twilight Cinema tickets will also be for sale on the day.
Please note that whilst there will be an eftpos machine available for credit card transactions, many stalls will be predominately set up for cash sales.
Mini-Fest Volunteer Schedules
Thank you to everyone who has put up their hand to assist tomorrow at the Holy Saviour Mini-Fest. Please refer to the below schedules for your allocated stall / duty times. If you are unable to make your time, please contact the stall organiser as soon as possible so that a replacement can be found. If you have not yet volunteered for a job, and would still like to assist please contact Denise on 0414 990 344. We will need as many volunteers as possible to assist with the pack up before the twilight cinema commences that night.

We are really excited to be able to run this event! The festival committee would like to thank families for all your generous contributions. Without the support from families we cannot run successful events like the Holy Saviour Mini-Fest.
Twilight Cinema
Don't forget the Holy Saviour Twilight Cinema will be straight after the Mini-Fest! We will aim to hold the Twilight Cinema on the school oval, however, if it rains, we will be moving this indoors to the Church Hall. An exciting afternoon and evening is planned. We will be screening Minions: The Rise of Gru. Please BYO chairs and/or picnic rugs, the food trucks will be staying on after the Mini Fest for you to purchase dinner, and please note that the twilight cinema is a dry event, no alcohol will be permitted throughout the evening. Children must be supervised by parents at all times during this event.
