2/3UR - Great to be back!

Morning Prayer

It is so great to finally be back at school but this past week we have still managed to practise our faith through daily morning prayer. Every day the children have taken turns saying the “Whole School Prayer” and they have enjoyed taking the time to thank God for a new day of learning with their teachers and friends. The students also took time to discuss the significance of why we do the prayer every day and the importance of communicating and having gratitude for the blessings that we have. Many of the students in 2/3 UR expressed that the Morning Prayer was a comforting and beneficial time of the day. It allowed them to connect with God and each other. It was a quiet and peaceful way to start the day.
