This tab will serve as a permanent resource for staff to Murputja Anangu School.
The resource will be built over the coming months so that new (and existing) staff are able to easily access the necessary induction material as they join the Murputja Anangu School community. This will support the induction of new staff, but will also serve as our electronic staff handbook.
I would like to welcome you to Murputja Anangu School and I trust that you will enjoy your time here and find it both enjoyable and professionally rewarding. The material contained below serves as to support the induction of new/returning staff but also as a general staff handbook.

There are 3 basic components of the induction process:
New or returning employees are advised to complete a 'workstation ergonomics checklist'. The aim of this checklist is to optimise the comfort of staff and reduce the risk of suffering musculoskeletal injuries or disorders. It is designed to assist in making the correct adjustments to the equipment and furniture at a workstation.
All injuries, including minor injuries, must be reported for all:
Any employee can submit an injury report using the online injury report form.

A near miss does not require first aid or medical treatment. A near miss may occur when:
All near miss incidents must be reported in IRMS using the injury reporting tab. If the near miss involved an employee, any employee can lodge the report using the online injury report form.
