Sam Strawbridge

Leadership Position:

Music Captain

Sam applied to be a Staughton Student Leader in order to help him get access to a better career pathway. He hopes to pursue a career in Veterinary Science when he finishes studying high school. He has had an interest and love of animals since he was very young. He wishes to go to University after VCE to study and follow his passion for working with animals. Sam hopes that working in the leadership team will give him the experience and skills that will help to prepare him for future roles and challenges.

Leilani Justice

Leadership Position:

Communication Leader

Leilani applied to become a student leader to challenge herself and try something new. She does not have a clear vision of what she hopes to do for her future career, but hopes to attend University after high school for further study. Leilani is hoping that leadership will teach her the skills she needs to collaborate with her peers, manage her time, and learn the planning process of events and projects. If she could give advise to other students, it would be to try their best at school and be themselves.
