Year 12 Jacket Breakfast

Year 12 Jacket Breakfast

After many enquiries and much angst, Monday, the 26th of February, saw the arrival of the Year 12 Class of 2018 jackets, and it’s not even July yet. The event was dutifully celebrated by feeding the masses a well-cooked BBQ breakfast; including all the usual trimmings of a breakfast ‘fry up’ accompanied by some homemade pastries and muffins (Thank you, Ms. Layton).

The jackets (being the main drawcard) caused much excitement and merriment and despite the heat of the day, were immediately donned and I believe some (judging by the creased appearance) were even slept in.

This annual event is always well attended by students and staff alike, with this year being no exception. It marks and exciting time for the seniors and seems to draw a virtual line in the sand of ‘making it’.  Well done, and thank you for your participation.

The ‘usual suspects’ Class of 2018

We look forward to you continuing to wear them and representing the college within them at every opportunity, onward to the rest of the year.
