Alpine Program Surfing Trip

On Thursday 13 August, several Year 9 students embarked on a trip to Torquay on the Surf Coast in Victoria for a beginners surfing session. The purpose of the trip was to give several of the students a taste of one of the great outdoor activities they will be participating on the Alpine school experience in term 4. The students had a great time as they were given some instruction by surfing professionals at Torquay and then the students had fun riding the waves at beautiful Torquay for a few hours. The students had an exhilarating time.
