Term 2 Activities

AFL and NRL games are being played during this term with finals coming up soon. We must congratulate the boarders for their understanding regarding limited activities due to a combination of staff being absent due to illness and not being able to access the KCC Hall due to being set up for NAPLAN. Games and other activities have been played on the oval and sports courts weather permitting.

On May 5th a number of boarders participated in a Pizza Night which involves ordering a discounted price for a pizza of choice. There was plenty of pizza to share around. 

The Carroll Cup final is coming up and looking like Kildare and Mater Dei will be playing against each other. Transport will be organized for Boarding students to attend the final now being played on Wednesday 25, 2022.

Parents need to communicate alternative transport via REACH - students need to be supervised at this event. Please provide details of host/ parent pick for this event. 

The bus is limited to 21 students with preference given to Year 11 and 12 students in the first instance and then Year 10 and lower. A survey will be sent out for students to indicate their interest in attending this event.
