National Sorry Day

National Sorry Day 26th May

Thursday, the 26th of May is National Sorry Day. This is a day in which we will reflect on the experiences of the Stolen Generations, with age-appropriate resources and discussions. As a part of this day, we are asking for gold coin donations (if possible), to help support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, which:

'is a national charity working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander remote Communities across Australia. We are Community-led, responding to requests from remote Communities for culturally relevant books, including early learning board books, resources, and programs to support Communities to create and publish their stories in languages of their choice.'

If you're able to contribute it would be much appreciated.
