Election Day BBQ

ELECTION DAY FUNDRAISER 

On federal election day, Saturday May 21st we are holding a fundraising BBQ, cake stall and raffle at the school. We’ll be selling the cookbook and a few other donated goodies.

Thousands of people visit the school that day, so it is a great opportunity to bring in a significant proportion of the additional fundraising the school relies on in its annual budget to provide our excellent teaching staff and programs. 

BBQ and Cake Stall volunteers

We are after volunteers to help on the BBQ from 10.00am to 5.00pm to help with either cooking, serving, general help or pack-up. 

For the cake and books stall we are after volunteers from 10.00am to 5.00pm selling items and raffle tickets.

Calling all makers and bakers

We would love cakes, biscuits and other goodies to sell at the stall. Single portion items or a pre-sliced cake are great for Election Day.  

You can drop off either at reception after school on Friday or at the stall Saturday morning. Please provide a list of ingredients with each item.

Donations for our Gourmet Food & Wine Raffle

If you have a spare bottle of wine or a small gourmet food item such as a jar of relish, pack of biscuits or box of chocolates can you please drop it into the office for our bumper wine and food raffle. Last time this raised over $1000!
