 Program Support Group Meetings 

We would like to thank all of the parents for attending our recent Program Support Group (PSGs) Meetings. Your support and contributions to these discussions were invaluable. Thank you also to our dedicated classroom teachers, specialised teaching staff and learning support officers who provide amazing support to our children at Sacred Heart.

I would like to wish all of our school community a safe and happy Christmas. I look forward to working with you again in 2023.

End of Year Library

Thank you to all those people who have returned their books. There are still a number of books outstanding. Notes were sent home with the children who still have books last week, many of these are back in the library but we are still waiting for some to be returned.

These need to be back at school by TOMORROW, please.

SCHOOL HATS

Could all school hats please be taken home on the last day of school, Friday 16 December and returned washed, labelled and ready to go for the start of next year.

Term 1 2023 - the students must leave their hats on the hooks at school at the end of each day.  If hats are not brought to school children will be required to play in the shade.

                                              ALL HATS NEED TO BE CLEARLY LABELLED. 

UNIFORM SHOP

LAST UNIFORM SHOP DAY 2022  - FRIDAY 16 DECEMBER

(Please note the shop will not be open prior to the start of school)

FIRST UNIFORM SHOP DAY 2023 -  FRIDAY 3 FEBRUARY 2023

UNIFORM SHOP WILL BE OPEN ON FRIDAY'S BY AN APPOINTMENT

Please call our office at anytime to schedule an appointment on a Friday during Uniform shop hours. If you are unable to attend on uniform day, Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our Uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon.  From there you will place your order and payment will be made at that time. All orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.

Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’.  Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child or phone for payment on Friday.

If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office to be sized for clothing without a parent/guardian in attendance.
