Teaching and Learning - Writing

This week our teaching staff will begin a term long focus on writing across K-10. Our Annual Improvement Plan has this as an area of work for our staff and we will have our school coaches working with our staff this afternoon. Being able to write is a very important skill. Please see the Parenting Ideas section of the newsletter for ways you can help your child with writing.

Congratulations to Mrs Heather Williams who is a finalist in this year's Spirit of Catholic Schools Awards in Armidale today. Heather was nominated in the School Officer category. Heather is a fantastic Education Assistant and we are proud to have her on our staff.
