Sea Change/Tree Change National Digital Campaign

 

Ensure that you're taking advantage of our ongoing national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. This campaign gives you the opportunity to generate more listings as a result of Australians increasingly moving towards regional living. Since July, the national campaign has generated over 848,000 impressions across social media.

 

FN Firsts - National Social Media Campaign

 

In addition to our Sea Change/Tree Change campaign, your head office is running a national brand awareness campaign entitled 'FN Firsts'. The four month long campaign centres on four of the key elements that create the basis for one's real estate journey - buying, selling, renting and investing. Through utilisation of our 'We Put You First' slogan, we are aiming for First National Real Estate to be top of mind, regardless of the stage that any given individual is at in their property journey. One ad is running monthly across social media, with each focusing on one of the four key functions, and linking to a relevant blog on the national site. 

 

Over the last six weeks, the national campaign has generated over 379,000 impressions across social media.

We are proud to announce that First National Real Estate is parterning with the team at the Sports Entertainment Network, to celebrate their launch in Sydney. CEO Ray Ellis will be joining Andrew Voss every Friday morning to update listeners on recent developments in the real estate industry. You can check out Ray's first segment above, and if you're in Sydney, make sure to tune in on Friday mornings!

 

 

Your network has been undertaking an aggressive contact generation strategy throughout 2020. Through a number of sources, we are delivering qualified contacts directly to members. 

 

 

Our search engine marketing ads are encouraging people to get a property appraisal from their local First National office. 

 

 

Our property appraisal landing pages and emails give potential contacts the option to receive either an in-person, or a virtual appraisal, to reflect the current environment.

 

 

In addition to our property appraisal email, we have also launched a sea change/tree change email. This coincides with our Sea Change/Tree Change social media campaign and is another medium through which we are generating more listings for your office. 

 

 

In 2020 so far, we have received over 8,000 contacts that have been passed on to the network.
