Year 8 Year Adviser

Maati El Hafiane

This term, Year 8 will be participating in a number of new and exciting activities. Students will sit for their Yearly Examinations in week 6 which will be a new experience for them. In week 8, students will be attending the Brewongle Environmental Education Centre for a well being excursion. Ms Espejel and I are really looking forward to share this experience with students, as we participate in a number of team building activities.

2020 has been a fun and challenging year for everyone in Year 8. Ms Espejel, Mrs Marasinghe and myself are extremely proud of all our students in Year 8 and how they have worked together inside and outside the classroom. They have demonstrated great resilience and it has been a pleasure to watch them all grow and challenge themselves.

A reminder to touch base with your teachers if you need any assistance with preparing for your upcoming exams. Best of luck in week 6 and we look forward to celebrating in week 8 at our excursion.

Year 10 Year Adviser

Term 4 has been very busy for Year 10. During Week 4, Year 10 attended the Brewongle Environmental Education Centre for their well-being day. Those students who attended participated in a range of fun activities such as kayaking, team building exercises and bush walking. They also enjoyed a BBQ lunch.

Yearly Examinations for Year 10 students begin at the end of Week 5. Students are reminded to revise all classwork, participate in revision lessons and study the content that has been taught for each subject throughout the year. Any questions or concerns, students are reminded to speak to their teachers prior to the examination date.

Looking forward to another great term! Good luck to all students with their upcoming exams!
