Australia Youth Volley Ball Championships

Congratulations to our Year 9 Student, Jess Turner - U15G National Champion!

Jess competed in the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships in Bendigo over a five day period during the school holidays, representing the U15G Victorian Blue Team.

The team won all but 1 of 8 pool games, which placed them at the top of the ladder going into their Semi Final against NSW Pheonix. Victoria won in two sets (25-17, 25-21), securing their place in the Grand Final. 

The Grand Final was against Queensland Maroons, and Victoria won in five sets (25-17, 26-28, 25-16, 21-25, 15-4).
