Seeking Expressions of Interest
ATTENTION Year 12 students and parents!
ARE YOU CURRENTLY EMPLOYED OR LOOKING FOR PART TIME EMPLOMENT IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY BUT HAVE LIMITED QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE??
In conjunction with ITFE (Institute of Training and Further Education), Nossal High school would like to offer you the opportunity to gain a certification in hospitality related courses at an unbeatable price.
The courses on offer are:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – 4 hr duration. Approx $25pp. State Accreditation received. (RSA is a requirement of compliance in the hospitality industry and will assist in gaining immediate employment)
- Responsible Service of Gambling – 4 hr duration. Approx $25pp. National Accreditation received. Must be 18 yrs or over.
- Food Safety Handler Level 1 – 4 hr duration. Approx $25pp. National Accreditation received.
- Coffee Barista Level 1 – 4 hr duration. Approx $121pp. Certificate of Completion received.
You may partake in more than one course if you wish and all courses will run at Nossal High School in Term 4 once the VCE exams are complete (dates yet to be confirmed). Prices may vary slightly depending on enrolment numbers.

Thank you to those that took the time to complete the below survey after our last issue. There was overwhelming support for the new format and we have taken on your feedback and implemented some of those suggestions in this edition like the introduction of more photos of students and adding more links for people who would like further information regarding particular events.
