Feast of St Joseph

The feast of St Joseph, typically falls on March 19.  As it is a Sunday this year we were able to move the feast day celebrations to Wednesday.

The day commenced with a whole school mass.  The reverent and prayerful nature of all our students was clearly on display at mass, making the whole community feel extremely proud.

After lunch, we all got into our friendship groups and learned a little more about St Joseph.

As witnessed on many pilgrim walks, shrines are created to encourage pilgrims to pray on their journey.  So we all headed out the backtrack and constructed shrines to St Joseph.

St Patrick's Day Mass

On Friday we had the privilege of taking nine of our year 6 students to St Patrick's Cathedral for the annual St Patrick's day mass.  It's such a great opportunity for some of our young leaders to experience being part of the wider catholic school community.

After mass, they enjoyed the concert and games in the treasury gardens.

Sacramental Meeting

Just a reminder that all students wishing to take part in a sacrament this year will need to attend, with a parent, the information and enrolment night on Tuesday, March 28, at 7.00 pm.  At St Mary's Clegg Rd Mt Evelyn.
