Year 10 Immunisation Program
Dear Year 10 Families,
The Year 10 Meningococcal Immunisation Program will be held on
Wednesday 31st August 2022.
Shortly you will receive a letter and consent card in the post.
Please complete and return the consent card to school by Monday 29th August 2022.
It is also important to note that we require you to fill out and return the consent card whether you are consenting or not consenting to the program. If needed, spare consent cards can be collected from the Front Office at school.
