SACRED HEART HAS GOT TALENT
What a great turn out we had for our school fundraiser ‘Sacred Heart Has Got Talent’! A big thank you to everyone who helped or participated in this event, especially all of the wonderfully talented students who showed so much courage performing in front of the whole school- What a huge achievement! With ticket sales, popcorn sales and donations, we managed to raise $560 for St Joseph's Primary School on the NSW coast, which was affected by recent floods. With so many great entries, the student judges and I had a very hard time picking winners. We were very proud to present first prize ‘Sacred Heart Talent’ badges to:
Finn Davies, Emmerson Barton-Cope, Kit Luckie, Alice Butterly, Kiera Hogan and Elsie Brown.
Congratulations to all contestants!

A CHRISTMAS CALLOUT
We are delighted to hold our Christmas performance again this year in Term 4 on December 8th. Auditions went well this week for 3-6 students.
Please come to auditions on the following dates during lunch:
Prep, Grade 1&2 - Tuesday 13th September
The Christmas Play will involve acting roles for students from each year level, with the majority going to senior school students, however every class will have a song that they will sing for the performance - so every student will be involved in some way or another.
Auditions will require students to read from the script below alongside another student, they may read either of the roles (they won't get to choose). Senior students will be available to assist students that may want some help for their audition.
