Vinnies Appeal

A big thank you to our community for their efforts in our Vinnies winter Appeal. The drivers who picked up the donations were overwhelmed with the support from our college community. Well done on a great College community project. 

Year 8 Serving at Home

This week I launched the Year 8 Christian Service Learning Program to all Year 8 students. A journal and a parent letter was sent home with each child explaining what was required. All Year 8 students are required to complete seven (7) hours of service in their home or in the homes of their extended families. All service needs to be completed by Friday 3 September. Parents of Year 8 students, please encourage and praise your students  when completing their hours. 

Collection of Toiletries

The Kimberley immersion students are collecting hygiene items to take to the Kimberley. These items will be made into Dignity Packs and handed out those in need in Kununurra. Please support us by providing donations of roll on deodorant, hotel sized toiletries, sanitary pads, face masks and soap.   All donations can be dropped into Student ministry or the college reception. The donations are greatly appreciated by the 2021 Kimberley immersion group.
