Walk to School
A reminder for all the students to keep logging their active travel on the charts in their learning spaces. At the end of the month, we will tally up the hours spent walking, riding or scooting to school and submit them. It is great to see so many students using active methods of getting to and from school each day. There are great prizes up for grabs so don't forget to keep logging those hours!

Year 6 Transition Day
It is almost that time of year again when the Year 6 students will participate in a Transition Day. Our school will be hosting the event again this year and schools from the local area will bring their Year 6 students along to join in.
On the day the students will have the opportunity to meet with other students attending their secondary school and participate in some ice breaker and team building activities.
Representatives from the secondary schools that our students will be attending will then come out to run information sessions about life at their school, tips and advice. Our students will then have the opportunity to ask some burning questions.
It is a great day and fantastic for easing those nerves for our Year 6 students and making their transition to secondary school a seamless and positive one.
