This term, Year 9 and the Strapp family have had the pleasure of hosting Marius Doisy, an exchange student from Vitry-En-Artois, France.
Marius has thoroughly enjoyed his experience of Australian culture, and equally our boys have enjoyed their experience of French culture. Some students have even learnt little French. Marius said he loved Mazenod, the uniform, his new friends and how friendly and helpful the teachers have been. He has enjoyed Australian rules footy, adopting the Dockers as his team and he has even developed a love for meat pies.
As a parting gift, Marius presented the College with a book that documents the operations of ANZAC troops around his village during WW1. We wish Marius all the best and hope he keeps in contact with the College and the friends he has made during his stay.
