STUDIO ART EXHIBITION LOUEY & LANE GALLERY, GLENHUNTLY

 Thank you to all those who came to the Opening Night (Tuesday 21 October) to celebrate the achievements of the Studio Art Class 2014.

It was wonderful for the students to have an authentic gallery experience, with many of the students’ works for sale.  A number of red stickers appeared on the work creating even more excitement.  The students’ folios looked fantastic in the Gallery with a diverse range of ideas and themes being represented.

Many thanks to Amy Sayce (exhibition designer); Rai Jewell (transport and muscle);  Luisa Morrollo who made sure it looked as good as last year’s show and to Lauren Rosenberg for ensuring all Art works had tags and the relevant information.

I would also like to thank the Louey & Lane Gallery for once again giving us this opportunity to showcase the students’ work in a professional gallery.  The art works will be on display again at the Art Show on 6 November.  Hope to see you all there.
