Meet Mrs Miriam English

Our newest member to the Front Desk @ TCC
Where have you lived? Lots of places! I was born in Perth, and since then I’ve lived in Toowoomba, Scone, Newcastle, Sydney and Canberra! Now, I live at Camp Elim, near Forster.
What is it like being on staff at TCC? So lovely. What a privilege to be working with people who have such a heart for God, and His precious children.
What does your role involve? Well I’m still learning, so at the moment it involves asking loads of questions! But I answer the phone at the front desk, serve students in Student Services, and support the other administration staff as much as I can. I feel like I spend a lot of my day asking people what their names are, and how to spell them! :)
What are you looking forward to at TCC? TCC is a bit like a family I think, so I’m looking forward to my family being part of that family. And to being involved in a community that actively seeks to see others come to know the love that our great and wonderful God has for us.
How do you like spending your spare time? I love early morning walks on the beach, going for soy chai lattes with my husband Ben, op shopping, drinking tea and spending time with my 4 beautiful children.
