Year 1/2 News

Term Three is off to a great start in Years One and Two. In maths over the next couple of weeks, the students will be exploring patterns, maps and giving directions. Our reading and writing focus for the remainder of the term will centre on reading and creating non-fiction (information) texts. Students are encouraged to look for examples of non-fiction they may have at home - this can include anything from recipes and magazine / newspaper articles, to product labels or even instruction booklets.

Although we will miss seeing our students in person every day, we have lots of fun things planned for remote learning and look forward to keeping in touch with everyone through SeeSaw and WebEx.
