Welcome Back.......

It has been lovely to see students back and enjoying the library and borrowing books and readers. 

This year we have changed the way take home readers work and students now select  their own and can come and change over whenever they have finished their readers. We have also added some lovely new readers over many levels.

Scholastic Book Club

Last week you  would have received a scholastic book club brochure for you to purchase from if you choose. Please note that it is only online ordering and no cash to be sent to school. If you do not wish to order but your child has a request, please encourage them to see me and I can purchase it for the library from our commission. 

Lunchtime Activities

Next week we will introduce some lunchtime activities organised by our year 5/6 students. They will commence on Thursday and will be advertised in advance so all students know what activity is on offer. 

Harmony Week....

Coming up this term we will be acknowledging and celebrating Harmony Week. More information will follow next newsletter.
