We are so excited to tell you about Atlas — our brand new junior membership program! Atlas is a learning community for young people aged 5–15 years, who treasure discovery, curiosity and creativity. Kids can participate in online workshops for artmaking, writing and reading, as well as special members only events both in the Library and online. Members receive a welcome pack delivered to their door and there is also an option for groups, such as after school care to join. Please share this link with the curious kids you know!
We are almost there. The challenge ends on Friday 18 August 2023. Please make sure you have your reading log up to date and submitted so I can validate your entry. This needs to happen for a certificate to be awarded.
The link to the website is included HERE.

Book Week is 21st -25th August. We are excited to again be able to dress up for a book parade. Our theme is READ, GROW, INSPIRE. Get thinking about what costume you will come dressed in for our parade. What book have you read that helped you grow and inspired you be be something, do something or create something?? It is even more exciting this year as we include Grandparents Day on this day. A wonderful whole family celebration!
