Cross Country Training!
Cross Country Training!

Coming up next week is our first ever Whole School House Cross Country! This will be held on Tuesday 18th May - don't forget to complete your Operoo eform.

Another training was held on Monday morning and it was incredible to see that our numbers had doubled from our first training! Great to see all these keen runners!

Physical Education

In PE our students have been training hard for the House Cross Country. They have been participating in "Fastest Class" challenges, working on pushing themselves and encouraging their classmates as many laps of the oval as they can in a set time. It is not an individual challenge but a team effort and the students understand the impact they can have on their peers by using encouragement and positive words.

Bread Bags for Sport Equipment!

Exciting news! We have signed up to be part of the Wonder Recycling Rewards program. This is a fun and easy program created to collect and recycle bread bags and bread tags at school. Once collected, Wonder is going to turn the plastic into wonderful things like school play equipment!

As a registered school, our recycling efforts will earn us rewards points to redeem new sports equipment from RHSports.

We haven't received our collection kit yet, but it is on it's way.... So start saving your bread bags and we will notify you when to start bringing them in!

Please note all bread bags are able to be recycled via this program, not just Wonder branded bags!

Keep Active!
