ADVANCE

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

Late in Term 1 the Advance Class completed their first community service project by coordinating and hosting a fundraiser day for the Korumburra CFA. Students organised a casual dress day for students, cooked a delicious sausage sizzle, sold home-made brownies and ran a ‘guess how many lollies in the jar’ competition (that was won by a delighted Jake Churchill in Year 9).

The students raised close to $300 for our local CFA branch, and were able to accrue some community service hours towards achieving their Duke of Edinburgh Award.
