Religious Education News

Thank goodness he is back!

Hi All

Thank you to everybody who supported me through the past couple of weeks with Mark away. It was very much appreciated. I found out how hard it is to keep juggling so many balls in the air!

This week there are a couple of reminders for parents. When ordering lunch orders they need to be ordered on a brown paper bag with the child's name, class, what they want, the total cost and what amount has been put in the bag. The reason it needs all of those things is that the canteen workers are trying to manage orders from so many students across Parade and Sacred Heart so occasionally coins can spill out and get muddled. Another thought is trying to fit a hot pie and a jelly slice into a small plastic ziplock bag...

or an envelope!

Our other issue is a reminder that students are not to bring balls from home. Unfortunately if there are too many balls or hard balls then the risk of accident becomes too much. The students will be reminded about this at Assembly on Friday as well as on Monday.

Have a lovely week

Liz
