Risotto with a Twist

Within the time frame of a double lesson, 9/10 Food Technology students were required to create a healthy and delicious line extension that included colour, flavour and/or texture, from a basic risotto recipe. To achieve this students were able to add their choice of vegetables, meat, herbs and/or cream to their dish (see below for the full list of options available). 

 

 

There were many interesting and varied creations on the day and students should be extremely proud of the dishes they created.
