BSC Athletics Carnival

On Friday the 12th March, BSC held their annual Athletics Carnival at Llanberris Reserve in Ballarat. Many students who went to great lengths dressing up for the occasion, scored bonus points for their houses. There were some very interesting and amusing outfits on display!

We were fortunate to have fantastic weather on the day and many students competing across all events. Students not competing on the day assisted staff with organising the days proceedings.

The staff vs students relay was a hilarious display of what can only be described as specialised skills and a great way to finish off the day. Although the senior students put in a great effort, the staff once again came away victorious.

This year, with 1,555 points, the Kambara/Taltarni team claimed victory over Wandarra/Tanaranga on 1,190 points. Overall, an awesome effort was put in by all competitors, helpers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the carnival.
