Senior Boys

Term 1 went so fast, with the boys  just getting into their routines and reallying settling into school and boarding life. The term was full on, with students having a vast array of after school activities including studies, sport and town leave just to name a few. The pool table and table tennis table have both been very popular, with a couple of pool sharks and table tennis supremos amongst the group.

Congratulations went to Darion O’Toole on winning his cricket grand final and also to Will English on winning the 17 year old boys' cross country at Mater Dei.  It was great to see the return match between Kildare and Mater Dei and Good in the Hardy Shield finals. Mater Dei was able to turn the tables on Kildare in this match - a true final in its own right, with Mater Dei running out as the eventual winner in a strongly fought match. Unfortunately, Mater Dei was not able to win the final against Kooringal High.

Well done to all of the Boarders involved.

Term two has seen matches for the Carroll Cup underway. The Year 12 KCC students attended a Year 12 camp in Canberra. Adjusting to the colder weather has taken some getting used to and making sure winter uniform is present, is a must.

Congratulations to:
