Cross Country
The annual Cross Country was held on Thursday, 25 March, after being postponed due to rain earlier in the week. With last year’s carnival cancelled due to COVID-19, students were keen to run despite a light drizzle during the morning.
There were some outstanding team and individual performances as students completed various distances of 3, 4 and 6km. The commitment of students to the Cross Country has improved year-on-year, and it was fantastic to see so many students giving their all. It was a great day and a big thank you must go to the whole Mater Dei Catholic College school community for getting involved and making the day such a success, despite the challenging conditions.
Congratulations Sherrin House who ran their way to a 4th straight Cross Country title.
