VCAL CAFÉ is OPEN!

We are very proud to introduce our Major Project that our Senior VCAL students have been working on.  Our cafe opened on Friday 13th of May and we served a range of food and of course we had our Barista working overtime to get the essential coffee out.  Our staff were very happy with the professional made coffee!  

While running the cafe our students address all aspects of the business.  They are undertaking an Occupational Health and Safety audit of the venue, are actively promoting their café, and making the product also.

Our VCAL cafe will be a regular occurrence over the next few months.  Well done to our Senior VCAL students!
