Performance and Development Plans (PDP) 2022

As a school, for the performance and development process in 2022, we will use the state-wide alternative Statement of Expectation instead the standard Performance and Development Plan (PDP) process. Staff or reviewers are not required to complete any routine documentation or monitoring in eduPay.

The 2022 Statement of Expectation for teacher class employees is aligned to the key improvement strategies of learning and wellbeing in the AIP. Teacher class employees are encouraged to consider how they contribute to these areas as appropriate to their role and setting.

Please find below your PDP template with state-wide goals for your salary classification with a summary of aligned AIP activities:

Teacher Class:

Education Support Class:

Term 2 Goal Setting: Time will be set aside in Week 1 PLTs/Team Planning to discuss these goals and your contributions. For ESS these will be shared at your team briefings.

Leadership, Admin, Allied Health and Wellbeing should modify the AIP suggested activities in the templates above to reflect your role and specific AIP activities.

Annual Report to the School Community

The Annual Report to the School Community (Annual Report) provides Principals and school councils with an opportunity to share the year’s achievements and progress with the school community. This includes reflecting on the school’s performance and explaining the positive impact of school improvement efforts on student outcomes.

Please find below the draft, ratified Annual Report for 2021. This is yet to be attested and quality assured by DET.
