Captains Corner

Welcome to the Captains Corner! šŸ˜€

Each fortnight we will be reporting on things happening in the school, interviewing students and teachers as well as announcing celebrations.

For the first one we have interviewed some people for this week's newsletter, hereā€™s what they said! Ā

Ā

This weeks questions were:Ā

What do you think is going well in the yard?

The sport - Albie, Year 3

The new playgrounds - Eleanor, Year 3

Ā

What do you think is going well in the classroom?Ā

Mr Condon is a good maths teacher - Albie, Year 3

We have great teachers - Eleanor, Year 3

Ā

What are you looking forward to?

An amazing year of year 6 - Rohan, Year 6

JSC speeches - Grace, Year 5

Ā

What can be improved?

Fix the dirt area and steps near the gaga pit - Rohan, Year 6

Remove the pile of dirt near the new playground - Grace, Year 5

Ā

The classes have been working well this week, but there are just a few reminders. The House Captain speeches are this Friday and the JSC speeches are coming up as well.Ā

At the new playground, it is important for all students to follow our school values whilst playing! Students need to remember to ā€˜Be Safeā€™ while playing on the ninja wall! And finally, the climbing frame on the new playground is out of bounds, until it gets fixed, which will be happening soon!

Ā

Thank you for reading the Captains Corner this week, see you in a fortnight! šŸ˜œĀ
