Bucket Filler Award

The idea behind the Bucket Filler theory is that each interaction with another person is a chance to build wellbeing.  

When a person's bucket is overflowing, they feel positive and energised.    We congratulate the following students who used their power to fill other people's buckets through thoughtful and supportive interactions.   The beauty is that when a person fills a bucket, they build their own positive emotions too.  Anyone is welcome to nominate Bucket Fillers by completing a nomination form from the office, a teacher or Ms Jacobs.

 

Week 3 Bucket Filler Awards:-

  • Danika E 5/6B for being a great sister because she helps me and she is fun to play with.
  • Stella B 1/2B because she is always loving to me and always wants to play with me.
  • Kieren H-F 3/4B because he kindly offered a pillow to Anastasia when she was upset.
  • Thomas W 3/4C because he is a kind person and such a good friend
  • Emerson P 1/2B because she is a good friend in my class.
  • Kira-Lee W 3/4A because she is funny, kind, caring and the best!  I love being her classmate.
  • Mr. Qin 1/2B because he helps me a lot and he is a great teacher.

Week 4 Bucket Filler Awards:-

  • Jarrah D, 00A because he makes me laugh.
  • Felicity D 00A because she helped me when I fell over
  • Alexander F 00A because we go to tennis together and he plays with me there.
  • Inara 1/2B for helping me when I hurt my arm even though she was hurt too.
