60 Seconds With . . . Jack Mills

AN Aussie Rules footy and cricket player who is in Xanten House, Jack is relishing his official duties as Sports Captain. In the first of our Meet the Captains series, we asked Jack some fun questions.

Fellow student most likely to be famous?

Riley (Suckling, Year 12), he's going to the Olympics for swimming one day.

 

Most influential teacher?

Miss MaGee - she has been my Homeroom teacher since Year 8 and being able to develop a friendship over that time has been really enjoyable.

 

Most inspiring St Norbert College student?

Nicole A, she's a real inspiration who doesn't only bring house spirit as Prémontré captain, but  has displayed the College values throughout her time at the St Norbert's.

 

Three people you would like to take to dinner ?

Shane Warne, Cameron Green and Jack Darling 

 

One word to describe you?

Sporty.

 

SNC highlight?

My SNC highlight is Kairos, without saying too much, it was a great opportunity to develop new friendships and enhance relationships with my peers and teachers.

 

What are you most thankful for?

I'm most thankful for my family and friends. They've helped me with everything and are always cheering for me.

 

Advice for fellow students?

Make sure you have a balanced life - that includes the right amount of study, but also the right amount of fun.
