Marcus Windhager was selected as Captain of the Victorian Metro Under 16 Basketball team. The National Junior Championships were held on the Sunshine Coast during the recent school holidays. The team played every day for a week and went undefeated going into the finals. They defeated Tasmania in the quarter-finals, NSW in the semi-finals, and the Victorian Country team in a tight Grand Final. Marcus is also a talented footballer, kicking seven goals in the recent Year 9 ACC Football Grand Final win. Congratulations to Marcus on his achievements. We wish him well in his future sporting pursuits.
